FIWAL (The Federation of International Women's Associations in London) is pleased to invite KCWC members to its 40th Anniversary Spring Conference and lunch.
The conference is a unique and inspiring opportunity to connect, share and celebrate with FIWAL. This year's theme:
Women in Art – a journey of transformation, two speakers, multiple mediums, one story.
Hear two world renowned speakers:
Prof Jo Stockham – Professor in the School of Art and Humanities at the Royal College of Art and Design, London.
Ruth Waterman - Renowned artist, musician and writer will take us on a "guided tour" of some of her paintings, from portraits to landscapes to abstracts.
Beyond the formal programme, there will be opportunity to bid for one of Ruth’s amazing paintings ‘WAVES’ (see image, size 31 x 41cm).
Following the sumptuous two course lunch we will be delightfully entertained by Mica, a solo steel pan artist adding uplifting musical moments to the afternoon.
There is a two-step process to book your ticket:
1- Please pay £95.00 directly into the FIWAL Account, Sort Code: 40-05-26, Account Number: 31534610 (use your name and "Spring" as a reference) and complete your dietary requirements here. Please let the organizer know when this is done.
2- Book a (free) ticket (click on the "register" button on the left) to let us know you will be joining. We will endeavour to sit KCWC members together.
