Wellbeing - Qigong and Breathwork Session

Come and join us in a lovely garden studio in Fulham, where the session will start with Simon showing us Qigong, an ancient movement practice that helps to regulate the nervous system, release stress and increase our wellbeing. Breathwork helps to nourish and support our nervous system to relax and be peaceful.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) teaches us that physical, emotional and mental stagnation underlies illness, so by having flow in our body we create flow in life.

We will finish with tea, healthy snacks, chat and reflection.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, as this will be gentle not intense.
