CANCELLATION FEES: 60 days – 45 days prior to arrival of clients/ groups to India : 20% of the tour cost 44 days – 15 days prior to arrival of clients/ groups to India : 25% of the tour cost Less than 15 days/no show : 100% of the tour cost • PAYMENTS: ➢ 20 % land tour + full airfare to be transferred within 3 days of receipt of payment ➢ Remaining Payment to be remitted 65 days prior to arrival into India.
