Vendor Tables

We have space for vendors for our October GSA

Vendor Table Fees:

• £25 + VAT for members
• £50 + VAT for non-members

Vendor tables will be open before and after the Guest Speaker Address. KCWC meetings are conducted in a non-commercial environment, and vendors are respectfully asked to avoid hard selling and to limit the amount of merchandise displayed.

Member Benefits Programme

Our Member Benefits Programme is offered complimentary to approved Benefit Partners.

Participation includes:

• Placement of your logo on the homepage of the KCWC website
• A 450–500 character description of your benefit on our website
• Inclusion in our monthly e-newsletter

Your listing may include your company description, website, contact details, and the nature or value of the discount or privilege offered.

Any promotional or discount codes will be shown in our members-only section of the website.

Advertising Opportunities

KCWC offers landscape advertising placements (.jpg or .png format) in our monthly e-newsletter, distributed to current and former members.

• £50 + VAT for an advertisement appearing in three consecutive e-newsletters

Invoicing and Enquiries

For Vendor Tables, Member Benefits, and Advertising, we require the following information for invoicing purposes:

• Full company name
• Full mailing address
